When adding items to a weblog, there are three kinds of template variables that you can use in the body text, title or extended part:

• <%popup(...)%> to insert a popup image
• <%image(...)%> to insert an inline image
• <%media(...)%> to insert a media object

Usually, these tags are inserted by the 'insert media' button in the JavaScript toolbar
